- Discrepancies can be taken care of by calling the office.
- In the event you were unable to check your delivery when it arrives please call within 24 hours to allow us to process your return and get your credit slip processed.
- When calling please have your invoice number, customer number and items that need to be corrected.
- Items processed for credit will be picked up the next scheduled delivery day.
- Partial cases for laundry items cannot be returned.
- Laundry items purchased for manufacturers rebates cannot be returned.
A 6% sales tax will be included on all PA State sales. To avoid this tax please provide your tax exemption information.
We ship all orders by UPS. The shopping cart will calculate this rate based on weight of your order.
